Garbage In, Garbage Out

Garbage In, Garbage Out

This poem is written as a good reminder to only put good things in one's mind.   It talks about controlling what you think,  and guarding your mind against wrong thoughts and thinking.  It reminds that it is best to grow up with the right thinking being shaped as a child.   It warns of the importance to cast down imaginations before they are able to  "make a nest"  in your thoughts.    (continued below)

Garbage In, Garbage Out,  20 lines

(continued from above)      The fourth couplet delightfully says:    "To cast down wrong imaginations,    And those things that are fraught with folly,    There needs be first,  good saturations,    Of purity,  truth,  and things jolly."    A great read for any age.     Remember as one thinks in their own heart,  this is who one really is indeed.
