This poem stresses the importance of giving the best of care to our veterans who have served our great country. It rebukes the careless or intentional failures to meet the needs of those waiting for care, especially life threatening needs.   Our veterans deserve the best of care from the best. The bureaucratic red tape is a most troublesome nuisance. (continued below)

(continued from above)   It needs to have folks competent,  to be able to streamline care,  to those who need it.   The poem closes:   "Serving those who have served our great country,    Is a privilege and an honor so true,    To "lord it over" them is a tragedy,    And is something that no one ought ever do."   We believe that there are many, many good and genuine workers among our veterans.   The riff-raff needs to go!   We salute our veterans!
