TAPS

TAPS

Each couplet is begun with a letter of TAPS, and define the wonderful solemn melody played at the close of the day. Honoring those who have died in service and in the defense of our marvelous freedoms. Played at military wreath ceremonies,  on Memorial Day,  at veteran's funerals,  and at the close of day in military installations,  in non-deployed locations,   indicating "lights out."  (continued below)
