D-DAY, June 6, 1944, Oh What A Splendid Day,  6 pages, 100 lines

(continued from above)  The final eerie decision was made to rescue the world.  Then the story unfolds with those brave soldiers and all they endured to bring victory!   The D-Day Invasion was indeed most costly.   We salute those brave men who did the work and bore the weight!   Each couplet retells and captures  a part of the valorous story,  building upon the previous couplet,  in a chronicled way.   A most worthy read ~ all six pages!
