The Power Of Words, And Their Meanings

This poem emphasizes the importance of words and their meanings.  The daily usage of proper speech is so vital.  The use of a dictionary to exercise the mind.  Knowledge used for mankind's good is a lofty tower. The fourth couplet reads: "Ignorance is a foe,  An enemy to life,  'Tis fraught with so much woe,  And the source of much strife."  (continued below)
